just went for a run, 30+ min only sia wtf. and i walked for maybe 30% because my left foot strain

i scared later injured again then cannot do exercise

last time i underweight can do 12 pull ups without training even for ippt......... at least 10 minimum

i remember 3 yrs ago i still underweight can do 8

now at around 40 i only do 4, the 5th time is a struggle

the deterioration is crazy

Strength needs time to build de
Most impt don't hurt yrself
If get hurt even more difficult to regain or maintain fitness level cos it ll put u out from some exercise
Tk time n slowly increase intensity 💪🏿💪🏿🙏🏿
