if the price level already reach your preferred price no wrong in buying now.

For me, personally I will only buy every payday cos it's too easy to get sucked into buying stocks then really no money

But most of my stocks are in the red so I will DCA except for Singapore stocks.  All of my stocks are dividend generating so can't expect growth there

will drop more no rush. the market not going to recover any soon..
6x-7x is a possibility we entering a bearish market. when times are good lowest is 90
bear market should buy at 6x-7x then is consider a good deal
hope a blacker Swan event comes during bear market plunge this further to 5x
