u dont feel the meat is overly soft?

my tiong friends last time recommend the one near MRT, the Hao Zai Lai.

the meat tastes more normal like satay. i do recommend u try that

bbq box the meat is too soft like over tenderized.

Be careful. Dun even noe is meat or not. Later 挂羊头卖狗肉。They not law abiding wan. Can import container load of meat but declaration anyhow. Think NEA checks every container load?

kebab is damn big la even $2 is ok depends on ingredients. anyway satay i see liao now even those japanese one seems more worth

but i eat tiong shao kao last week i feel the meat also over-tenderized using weird cuts. u can taste the texture like spongey

and sinkies still rate it highly......... i think their tastebuds spoil.

the one i went to is bbq box at geylang, the meat texture weird one. the other one which i feel is more of real meat (ah tiong also), the rating is only like 3.5 - 3.7

this bbq box rating is 4.2... altho the other shop the person more guailan

Go to those old sinkie stalls. If meat spongey or feels weird, maybe too much meat tenderizers aka chemicals. Scarli it's lab meat.
