These foreigners don't have parents and grandparents here and they get all the free education, free boarding, cash allowances and then PRs and citizenships.
And they no need to do NS.

Pap policies has clearly shown that they will continue to treat foreigners better because the ROI is good for the pap. Whereas sg citizen is a cost center from age 0 to 21. no guarantee MOE can churn out pliant performing workers.
