On a scale of 1 - 10 on how healthy you are

Say 7 is healthy human with no chronic illness and ok weight and exercises ok

5 being avg weight slightly skinny or overweight blah blab, how would you rate yourself?

I would say im a 4... sometimes 3.8 due to recent issues and some chronic issues. But if people rate me shd be 5 or slightly above

Reason why i say 4ish is coz i say i removed my gallbladder then frequent diarrhoea. Recently i mentioned abt eyes ageing, injured hand

Weight improved coz i was a lot more underwight last time

But exercise less and mental health/stress is maybe worse than avg

why need to remove gallbladder?

i rate myself an 8 i think.

i have arthritis, but it does not hurt as i workout.

cholosterol but i think it is bs as i eat a lot of eggs and i workout quite regularly like 3/4 times a week.

bmi on higher side but it is because of the muscles not the fats.

If i go by this rating then maybe im 6 also bah. Just pissed off with the lao sai inconvenience altho can take dhamotil and control diet. Just v stressed out in life and recent injury/eyesight getting worse. Not sure how to rate also.
