Seeing them keep saying hdb is affordable is really maddening. Not everyone can get bto flat. Some no choice can't wait have to buy resale flat.

hdb flats is affordable because hdb n banks can afford to give u huge long term loans

u r crushed by the loans n debts for 30 years

taking up such a long loan to service something is definitely not something i would say is affordable
