Collect money govt fast hand fast leg. When it comes to govt giving out support have many terms and conditions attached to it until it's very hard to qualify. Even if qualified the amount given also measly

Many govt schemes are super profitable. It was reported govt collected alot of premiums and the claims was little.

Use regulations to force everyone to pay, when people need to do assessments and claims, make them look like dogs and beggars
