They won't one, they told me 2 years late and claim they under bill me, and the scammy thing is their bill can only view in their app, and when i tried to view it, it was locked because someone else was viewing/editing it backend so I can't view.

I've since cancelled all my phone line with them, broadband still with them because it was recontract near that incident time, cancel would be like giving them 10-11 months of free money
