Today my mum and sis coming to visit and collect meds that I bought for my mum in JB.

Gonna fetch them from mrt if not they have to walk 15min to 20min and take bus to get to my house.

So far, things to do in our new house

1.Painting interior and exterior
2.Clear toilet choke and convert squatting to sitting toilet bowl
3.Fix living room aircon
4.Get new dining set, sofa and kids' bedframes
5.Get and wall mount new TV
6. Do backyard ceiling to waterproof and paint pillars
7.Change new lights
8.Fix wall fans
9.Change new gate to automatic gate
10.Change door handles
11. Paint the pond rocks and buy koi fish
12. Fix new curtains

All together less than S$30k, still within budget.

If they overlay tiles on top of existing ones, will water still seep in?

depends on wat is the problem rah.. hard to say..   dun think can put over on top rah.. better leemove all and leplace but dunno cost hao much $$$$
anyway .. chiur terrance hause use not much tiles oso...
also when they leemove tiles better check underneath for any waterproof issues..


moi prefer leemove all tiles and put steel roof sheets.. but chiur terrance hause moi dunno wat chiur neigbour will think.

oh bath room tiles ah.. of coz can put on top no problem.
but dun put direct ..  put a layer of stabilizing material / back fill on top before laying the tiles

Hacking tiles costs extra S$600. So expensive. Think will ask our Bangla contact to hack, prob cheaper.

Total is S$3200. Extra S$450 for hacking tiles. Will just use them.
