now they behave like they are kings and queens, one even told off my wife who placed a plastic cup together with plates on the tray

i jitao told them off, law only says return tray, not segregate rubbish for u.... old fart diam diam

i ever saw also, table wet and some customers ask cleaner to clean, she jitao face black black and gave an attitude

There was once I saw a cleaner in hainanese village hawker breaking down. That was the start of tray returning implementation, I think she was overwhelmed. Plus people called her to clean table. She used to be cheerful and proactive, after this implementation she became irritable and sad. I think they reduce cleaners headcount and caused her mental stressout. Feels so bad for her. I wrote in to some ministry to look into headcount for cleaners hawkers and said staffs are overwhelmed. She tried to dong another yr or so. Nowadays go hainanese village never see her le.   She most likely quitted.
