you mean the owners can spend millions to buy a coffeeshop but cannot spend to maintain the toilets?!

is it a coincident that some of these owners are also RC/grassroots members?

What moi meant taxpayers money should be used for public goods.
Not pick & choose for selected few.
Eg pay for road lightings. Street signs...Etc.
Under this regime, the channeling is seems & political & pick & choose which ward or which section of society. Worse they pay for renovation of rich out or kopitiam toilet when it belongs to certain businessman.  Also making areas so grey.

Once again socialising the costs so that private businesses can make a profit. SBS Transit recently made a huge profit. Govt tank the expenses of public transport assets and ptc can still up tpt fares.
