Go for scaling (polishing is optional) yearly or once you noticed there is tar tar

Moi did so much scaling tat gum got cut off so much but dentist will claim it's receding. The more u scale by the drill, the more it went deeper & deeper till more food got trap. Then no matter how u floss, food kept being stuck. It's better to clear tar tar on your own.

Now moi teeth & gums in bad condition with too much bad scaling & bad dentist.

Bought those dentist instruments. With mirror & those dental kit mirror.

Actually without fanciful drills, the dentist r able to scale out manually using the dentist instruments. In fact easier to control but tedious for dentists & time consuming. Those whitish patches will come out.

Yes. Depends how hard tar tar is. Is quite easy to scale it out.
