How to reduce tummy size?

i do, about 3, 4 times a week. weights and 15mins cardio.

i am not as hardcore now cos just want to maintain, and i am in my 40s already so don't want to get injuries. but still stronger than a lot of guys even younger than me.

yeah a bit tummy, but not visible. now i am just sticking to a diet/exercise routine that I can sustain.

i had like 10% bodyfat before, lean and muscular but it was very tough to maintain.

my two cents worth is to do the compound exercises and hit the major bodyparts like chest, back, legs and shoulders. then keep your sugar and carbs low. i eat maybe half bowl of rice per day. muscles are important as we age.

I also do weights and 20mins cardio 3-4x weekly but like nothing target the tummy specifically
Also do for health not for bulking up or breaking personal records

I can dun eat rice but noodles and bread are also carbs hahha

i eat rice and carbs but still fit like andy lau leh... only recently got a bit of tummy but now the more i see the more i look like jin cheng wu/leonardo di caprio (the slim version)

I took 4 mths gym package. The package just ended yesterday. Not planning to renew as my knees hurt from the workout (leg extension, lunges, squats). I didn't knock my knees, I suspect my knees no longer suitable for such knee activities.

Tml onwards will just do some stretches and YouTube workout as my temporary routine to see how my body tolerate.

I love carbs... Am trying to reduce.

If I can't reduce I will resort to hormonal therapy.... I think my hormones a bit messed up

ok, not cut off completely. maybe reduce by half.

the idea is long-term, not go cold turkey for a few months - defo not sustainable.

Sigh....I already cut down a lot liao

For sugar, I buy green tea and soya bean drink from supermkt all zero sugar
Then I bought a carton of 100plus and half a carton of pepsi zero from cny til now also haven finish

my guy friend on hormonal therapy also. u know the guy i say lo. i havent ask him when he come back then ask him

for him is lack male hormones thats why always tired and sick

dont know lah his taiji more than...

What kind of illness is that? But I do know of a guy who is very fair, no body hair and have size 5 or 6 feet
