For me many years didn't go up to Genting. Now is ownself make bed for cheap rooms, that's funny.

In the 90s, holiday inn near opera house gave a handicap room on level 2. Called in to verify why front desk said no more other room as walk in customer & they had other rooms. Wrote letter to GM but no reply.

In 2013 went to Mercure Chinatown, front desk so racist saying didnt reserve & no room till we made complaint to Sg office as we paid membership. Then night duty manager gave his room & we had to pay A$400+ juz for 5 hrs as we were due to fly next morning back to Sg.
