How often you charge your phone and how many hours you use your phone a day.

I charge my phone every morning no matter what % is it at. I wake up can be between 6am to 8am+ once I wake up I charge my phone immediately. After charging I unplugged my phone. I use my phone between start from 7am or 9am plus and use until 23.59 and 00.00 I sleep. Start from 7am or 9am plus when at home I is use wifi from 7am/9am plus to earliest 3pm plus to latest 6pm plus. And I use mobile data earliest is 4pm plus latest is 7pm plus. Latest by 7pm I will off wifi on my phone and use mobile data. I use my phone between 8 hours to 12 hours screen on time per day start from 7am/9am to 11.59pm
