last time i buy the mooncakes from them then seh kor (mouldy)

my father last time still not demented... that's abt maybe 12 yrs ago or sth then i was at work, my mum or father or both had to go together to change it. i rem my mum said they put the finger near their lips to tell my mum to shhhh and then took the box of mooncakes to change it, coz dowan my mum to state that it's mouldy. iirc i called them to exchange

then my mum say garden pastry v famous since long ago liao......... i think they pioneered or one of the first to make the yam moon cake like the crowne prince hotel or sth.

is v old bakery right, chao chao maybe 50 yrs liao

coz too many orders so they nv let it cool down and dry a bit first and thats why turned mouldy. like the cny bak kwa

so not very pleasant experience with them la, u live aljunied ah?

it's in between 3 stations. all 3 are near but also far and not that many bus services that place
