I guess some of them feel lifting things are not part of their duty. But if u try asking, I think they wouldn't mind doing out of goodwill.

My dad wheelchair... Half the times I'm required to dismantle and put at grabcar boot all on my own so I'm used to it alr. Not all of them are automatic helpful.
