u put 200k DP (cash/cpf), your monthly base on hdb loan $2300/mth

u rent out half the unit for 3k/mth (cause got 2 entrances, can split the unit mah) will still count as renting a room, still within hdb rules.

your 3k/mth rental will pay for ur hdb loan
