the putu piring u put in mouth the thing would like melt off

tutu kueh will still have some bite like sticky slightly

if u ask me ah, i prefer tutu kueh after re-eating putu piring after many yrs

is the ingredient flour totally same? maybe tutu kueh put a bit of glutinous rice flour?
