How often do you change your glasses? What brand do you get for the frame and lens?

hmm my oldest pair of specs is like maybe 6-7 yrs or longer. braun buffel but is like dying

i change nearly every yr or 2. but regret spending so much. for me more of how it looks, whether it suits. my current most worn pair is maybe about 1 yr?

nxt time i must see properly before buying. damn regret many purchases

My previous frame also ard 6-7 yrs with a change of lens in between

Current pair just pass 4th yr.....frame still good, lens a bit of micro scratches but vision still clear. Wonder if I should change the lens

I'm loyal to Oakley titanium frame
For lens, Used crizal, AO and various brands. No preference
Then get those cheapo lens for my spare pair of glasses
