I believe most are fine with women in non combat roles. There are 1001 positions to be filled in ministries, stat boards and glcs

Female vote is impt to pap. Females have policies such as WC to protect them. zero chance in hell they're gonna have female NS enlistment. There are male PRs that do NS after all.
