Anyone still have full set of 28 teeth? Wisdom teeth not counted

I have all 28 , wisdom teeth removed during ns but I also have a tooth with a crack, dentist say that 1 is problematic....

Either crown, root canal, extraction, denture, implant depending on how it progress
