last 3 mths the last major sickness was covid mah. then is my hand and shoulder issues

last night was total shit. i've never kena so bad until i totally couldnt fall asleep...... like sleep 30min every time until woke up at 4am feel super terrible.

like want to puke from the porridge last night but i got sick before i bought the porridge......... keep on got the air coming up wanting to puke

had to sit up a few times then whole body warm. i also scared eat too many panadols... so this time round took only 1. then i make ice water to dip the towel and put on my body
