 I tend to take the escalator and stand on the right. If anyone behind me is in a rush, please take the stairs/elevator

i sometimes stand on the centre of the escalator when it is quiet.

but of course will move one side if someone bounds up the escalator.

then again, these days I think half the people in the streets are not Singaporeans.

in some cuntry it's ok not to press the close button. there ish nose close button too.
