you are right. i think the rot has set in too deep within pap. everyone is very comfortable with the pay and the power so everyone is afraid to rock the boat even though some may disagree with certain policies and direction.

and also due to party whip, the better MPs will most prob just stick to helping their constituents as best as they can, appear for most events (as VIPs), meetings, ensure that the estate is well managed, write appeal letters... with a lot of kar kias helping them.
