Tcm is better. For me is chronic and use sleep aids which is not good.

Tcm usually they will prescribe 夜宁安神 as part or entirety of their prescription. This one can buy from tcm hall, made in sg btw

Moi pop sleeping pills once in a while as a few years hving sleep disorder. Keep on feeling sleepy around 9pm, wake up around 2+am. Can't sleep till 4+ or 5+am. Working hrs won't go so well unless down a cup of kopi or tea...think I hv to correct tis but till now still same cycle.

Next day 11 will feel tired liao cos 3am wake up...

At first took 1/2 pill, it worked till 5am or 6am then wake up. Then 1/2 day groggy. After effects not good. Then took 1/2 pill became wake up at 3-4am. 1/2 day groggy. Then I stop taking & back to current disorder. Doc advise take for a period till normal sleeping time but scared get addicted, so back to original point. But when I travel, out whole day, can sleep throughout till 6am to 7am. In the end, my conclusion is to go travelling frequently  :D

Yea eastern way of solving sleep issue is treat source of problem usu give some herbs or food to support zzz / tweaking one's system but 60-80% still dependent on oneself own lifestyle n habits to make e supportive dietary tweaks work ... but in e long run they work by improving e body than
Using drugs / meds : solving a condition n later bring xyz side effects

Can try to reduce caffeine intake and 3 hr before zz try to get under e sun .. do some aerobic exercise and exercise to exert n fatigue e brain Eg try to read a boring book or news about water bear or 🦤

My aunt who is 81 she goes to bed at 8 /9 ish and wakes up 4 ish

All e time during 10 to 11 ish alws doozing off on and off cos too tire later .. this is the con of gg to bed too early ...

That's why I dilly dally till 12 plus then go zz
But tcm usu says 11 ish shd zzz
