if u ask me does it help in keeping awake? i would say maybe........ but also maybe placebo effect. if u keep refilling the satchet, say 3x

obviously u drink more water need to go toilet then keeps u more awake lor

those are cheaper but still not v cheap lor



this one is american ginseng, it's cooling. the 补 one is more of gaoli sheng (korean red ginseng) and rensheng

i think one packet i see on shopee now is $80 for 50 satchets

those really grind one of course way more expensive la, last time parents got buy... is drink the powder mixed with water

i do feel those are more potent obviously since u eat the ginseng powder

Imo just eat more fruits, veg and exercise. In short, have a healthier lifestyle

Last time I also took codliver oil, moringa powder, vit c pills, garlic pills etc but I still think not as effective as healthy lifestyle. Cheaper too
