Actually bad marriages are very common. I think out of 10, 3 to 4 are cmi, staying together for kids, societal preasure...

The rest try to look good for social media.

1 is definitely cos of money, wife no work and needs the husband money for support
1 is face cos its her second marriage liao, cannot be seen as the problem
the last, wife third marriage and husband second one, so dunno what they thinking

I think all marriage has problems.  It's just how they solve it

And irreconcilable? It really depends on individual.  I know someone whose marriage has been on the rocks for like a decade but still strong and another one looks ok then suddenly announce divorce
