i think i saw a video by a new singapore citizen who used to be from China. she said that a small percentage of chinese when they go overseas have this issue. i forgot what exactly she said.

but tbf i think Chinese behaviour has improved alot over the years. not as uncivilised. can even hear constant reminders on trains not to smoke and litter. still need time though as their country is big and many still live in rurual areas.
