Inspited by the jogging thread. Whats a great one to get? Xiaomi band? Garmin? Fitbit?

If between xiaomi and garmin which is better?

Garmin is expensive sio. I duno about its app but xiaomi and amazfit zepplife app is very basic

I see some other apps can provide stats like total distance ran in a yr, runs/distance sorted by shoes etc

Not sure if buy ex worth it or not

Example if something is ex u everytime got eat or use then its ok. If end up nv eat or use then wasteful
