Who still workout/exercise after NS/reservist?

i try to hit the gym 2 or 3 times a week. but my knees are shot so i do elliptical for cardio.

damn sian. feel like me being 20 year old was just a few years ago. prime of life can just whack my body.

for those who don't, is it cos of lazy and/or no time?

body takes longer to recover and back then no time cos work hrs are crazy

den gradually grow lazy, now old so just do walks whenever possible

I believe many ppl including myself went thru this phase of life. Stop exercising after ns due to studies, work and life in general. Only when received a health scare at 30s or 40s then begin to be more health conscious again

Sigh. Still rmb during pri and sec so active....

I started doing calisthenics and light jogging in 2019 til now. Nothing spectacular thou. Can't do 10 pulls ups and din take part in any marathon hahah

I exercise around 3 to 4 times a week, but this is due to the fact that I am unemployed.

When i was WFH, i would exercise 5 to 6 times a week but i also had injury problems.

My max was 12 pullups last year but I am not sure if those count or not, as I am swinging quite a bit.

I am envious of those people who can do strict pullups and can pull all the way up to their chest. I am training for that but so far no progress...

still younger than me. lol

can one. i can still 10 pullups. i also do 20 push ups every morning.

good enough. how old are you? i am now just in maintenance. as long as continue to do pull ups, pushups and most other stuff i am ok.

i still bench press 100kg full reps with no spot. hope i can do it at 50 lol

Now can run finish 2km w/O feeling like I'm gonna die is very good liao. It's been 2 weeks. Hope I can improve then slowly increase the distance.

moi tore ACL in NS, PES E, never do any "hard labor" in NS b4. ICT also never tio.

but ive been playing football twice a week for the last 20 years.

now 38 turning 39 liao.

feel that after 35 health really plummet despite not being overweight etc
