I only started in 2019 after doctor say I'm unhealthy :(

I try to run 2x3km weekly, used to run 1x5km weekly but very xiong and I think 2x3km is better overall. Currently wearing puma eternity nitro

I was running 10km++ once a week on the treadmill.

Just came back from vacation and I am still sick with a sore throat so I am forced to rest.
