Am I trespassing?

Yesterday, the badminton rackets I ordered from Lazada was sent to my old home accidentally as I forgot to change address.

Asked agent if can arrange with new owner to collect. New owner say under reno, they not there.

Then, last night we went back and parcel not outside the door so I opened the main door and it was just at doorway, took the parcel and left.

My neighbour has video recorder so would have recorded me entering.

Am I liable for trespassing?

why dont u inform house owner and neighbour?

technically u are trespassing if u already sold the place

Ya, just whatsapp agent to inform him. Ask him to explain to them and apologised for entering without permission.

Have to depend on the new owner for the definition liao. If he ok with it then it is not trespassing

No reply from agent whole day. Guess they dun mind. Anyway, they not staying there yet, still renovating.

Anyway just retrieve your package u never do anything illegal. Nothing to scare
