This is extreme and a last resort in this case, in hope to flush out any remaining hyaluronidase in her blood, that's if the hyaluronidase haven't permanently settled down into her muscles. I seen case of drug overdose young patient scheduled for temporary dialysis to save life, if done early can help a lot. Now is alr 9 months into her hyaluronidase, not sure how much it can help.

The off-label use of hyaluronidase in aesthetic medicine is new and unstudied (at this stage zero peer reviewed studies). Its original application in this field was for highly emergent purposes only (reversal of occlusions to prevent necrosis). Hyaluronidase, however, is not an intelligent enzyme and indiscriminately does its intended job - breaks down hyaluronic acid, be that native or cross-linked dermal fillers. It is by nature a systemic medicine and is used as such in emergency medicine. Hyaluronidase is a spreading agent, it is also found in the venom of stingers and snakes to make surrounding tissues permeable so that venom can be absorbed and spread. It is found in processes of the ovum being penetrated by sperm and other autologous means in the body.

Hyaluronic acid, a chief component of the extracellular matrix, is found throughout various human tissues such as the skin, eyes, connective tissue, and synovium. Due to hyaluronic acid's highly anionic proprieties, it create volume and provide structural support.

my skin change
i feel like it caused my entire body to be depleted of hyaluronic acid

my blood test is mostly normal so doctors wont agree to change blood for me i have asked. and a blood test cannot measure the whole amount of hyaluronic acid a person has in their body

Btw right. Even if u post here and esp if u post those pictures or links that are negative in nature the dr or clinic may send over lawyers cease and desist letter and tell us to comply.

If u or he brings case to court, your lawyer will more than likely tell u to remove the posts and not further spread the news.

Unfortunately that is how the law works and the landscape in singapore.

I think it would be best if you could seek mediation and compensation or other means of recourse. My pov only.

Its close to impossible to ask another local dr to testify on your behalf.

Unless SMC steps in and sides you.

In which case, please keep following up

Doctors all have their private communities such as facebook groups and whatsapp groups to share and bitch about patients.

They also sometimes bitch abt patients in staff canteens, private gatherings

Told to me by a dr

Quote from: default on Nov 04, 2024, 09:11 PMAs i mentioned. I saw before docu got dr in US can do fat injection. Its done for some people with genetical issues. I will try to find that docu for u.

What will be recommended most likely will be removal of the hyalase which may make short term even worse. Then coupled with non invasive treatment.

Then the fat injection and facelift afterwards.

Not a professional dont take my words for it. Just a suggestion

Likelihood is adverse reaction + not fast enough remedy and possibility inexperience then over injection. Just a conjecture from layman

thanks. very 感动

first of all the person is just a normal commentor and also didnt state he is a medical professional

i did tell you. you need to manage expectations. and find someone who is experienced so that he knows where to inject for even-ness

and you will need to see a few doctors to see if that is the right course of action. first of all is the removal of any hyaluronidase left and next will be treatment phases

you want to regain to 100% or even better. What if you can regain to 70% or 80%? are you ok with this?

Quote from: toolatesnow on Nov 05, 2024, 01:35 AMfat grafting? yes
but no plastic surgeon recommended that to me yet.
this was my face soon after the hyaluronidase injections

skin started degrading, melting, turning into mush over the months thanks to the enzyme

no one can understand my ineffable pain and regret

hence u must build up your mental and physical health first, while pursuing legal/smc recourse and other forms of treatment

i say again.

1. if can regain 70-80% u ok and stop there? the priority now is to stop any foreign substance from further ruining your health and to repair what you've lost.
2. are you ok to build up your mental and physical health and seek treatment with an open mind? no doctors will entertain a hysterical patient, esp aesthetic doctors

i can tell u i know enough doctors and seen enough cases to know. i also dealt with SMC before

default

and because if you keep becoming hysterical it's going to spread in their circles. i told u all the doctors know each other and it's a small community. esp pertaining to a certain specialty.

like aesthetics doctors all know each other. esp plastic surgeons

cardio all know same within community

onco all also  know each other very well esp

doctors are not all nice people they talk and gossip and share info among themselves

Hi Snow xmm. Yes it's me, I see...
Yes I only seen hyaluronidase used once in my life. A patient IV plug is not in the vein, a medicine was stuck and bumped up on the hand, the medicine was irritating to tissues in nature cannot stuck too long in tissues.
So the doctors used hyaluronidase to ease the surrounding and allow the medicine to be more permeable and disperse before it cause long term damage.

I can vouch for that. This is especially true for medical staff since their community is so small

I am a medic during ns and know such groups. After ord, sometimes I go see gp or dentist will bring up some saf doctor's names and no surprise, they know each other
