u talking abt 89 which is opposite the community centre??? that one predominantly morning crowd only

if its 79/79A den those ppl actually deserve it, i took part in several bidding exercises there... the prices there had gone crazy liao

if its 80 den the stalls quite limited, and its another morning crowd place

actually last time i feel circuit road is shit. but after MRT came up + paya lebar etc, and other rejuvenation projects....... yea it's getting good.

cant get a decent flat there also. not 1m but soon to be liao

trust me there's still some parts which are shit... but definitely better than last time lol

theres even mansionettes there but some parts only, the new flats confirm make it nicer liao, plus condo some more

not cheap like u say though

I think the few BTO projects just beside MacPherson MRT are ready for TOP, all the hoardings already removed.

Got one recently cleared plot of land near Mattar MRT also slated for BTOs I think. And still got more plots of land.

Matter of time only this place becomes huat in terms of people and prices i think.

Too close to the city to let it go to waste. Gov surely milk this place gao gao.

as usual, gov just wanna squeeze without a care if infrastructure can handle... no doubt theres 3 entry point to the estate but its gonna be super crowded cos there only 2 lane roads

going to widen the road there soon. think BTO and maybe a small two-three storey retail mall or intergrated with a condo.

gonna be a challenge especially mattar rd, coming from paya lebar also not easy cos mrt station there liao, how to widen?

that was one concern i had when we were wondering if wanna move there...
