Ya, hope can get letter of offer from the bank next week for the loan. And bank don't ask to see my salary slip anymore.

Hubby not cooperative, refused higher legal fee of $500 and to let owners extend stay without rental
 So have to stick to original plan

anyway if he ngieow abt $$$ all the moar he should charge them rental
even 100 a mth also $$$ stayed 5 mths can get chiur $500 lawyer fee back
