I did they come back to me say their cats are healthy so no action taken. And SPCA shelter is full so no taking any actions. Knn

anyway see below:
1. check whether cat are licenced if not leepork to NPARKS AVS
2. take foto / beedio of Pets which defecate in public places and cause environmental damage and leepork to NEA
