i think 199x also dont have 40k if not wrong... maybe 50-60k or more bah.

i know 1973 is under 10k for 3 room, i think shd be 12k+ for 4 room

mid 1980s 3 room resale is 40k+ at central region. probably buy from govt shd be cheaper?

mid 90s shd be double liao....... so 3 room is slightly under 100k, 4 room depends on location shd be 100k onwards

Every fking moment when winds blow I smell n wanna puke for last 5 yrs yet HDB can openly gaslight me no smell n tell me endure when rule say cats not allowed? But they kept 10?
