Most is less than 100k a year annually.  Definitely not so high like 150k annually unless in management and even then not necessarily.

For reference I think the senior staff nurse salary is some university degree starting pay - and these senior staff nurses are usually holding degrees as well cos that's the trend now

As of now, the max any senior staff nurse can earn is $7440 a month even if she or he has a degree with 30 years experience as long as not promoted.  I think some tech sectors pay fresh graduates more?

Why not? My friend went as a nurse and said he sld hv gone earlier and tells everyone to go.

But that was initially when he first went over now not sure.

Also, he is gay and an extrovert so quite easy to make friends.

Maybe cos after Covid don't really feel like travelling much.

And I have a good boss and colleagues now so the push factor is not really there now

Maybe about there.  The thing about bonus is that it's not guaranteed.  It's more or less there for public nurses but for private, it really depends on pnl.

Anyway don't other industries also have bonuses?  But I cannot say which quantum is better cos only the very good ones actually make the news

If u average out the bonus for a senior staff nurse at $7440, the bonus average out to be $2k per mth. But it's quite hard to hit $7.4k for elderly nurses in this era cos their starting pay was so low. So they kena makan by the time they hit retirement age cos kena cut by another 10%.

Take yeons to hit $7.4k
Average nurse work around 15 years probably can reach $6k basic la, in current economy. The ones losing out are the elderly nurses cos their pay has been stagnant till COVID period, their salary is same as nurses who work just 15 years don't know how they will feel.

True.  But it did get a bump after SARS and H1N1 but the real bump was after Covid
