My feelings when I resigned

Each time I resigned, I have to go several departments to do clearance.

It involves closing my system accounts, go security department return my card, return my uniform, and eventually last point at human resource.

Going through departments is like shutting my organs one by one... And eventually i die.



But now I'm good, in a happier place. 😊

I'm not a favourite nor best worker around so I don't think they have a sinking feeling.

When i quit my job last time. Knn so many different other head of dept come and ask me. Nabeh I had just informed hrd and my big boss man like 30mins ago personally, then all come to my office talk to me. Ask me why quit la, why don't stay since so long timer le, how our projects like that, u found better job isit etc etc .

Knn make me dulan sia I call the hrd say
I tot quit is pnc one, u go inform the entire world for fuck. Now I dulan alot I want immediate release in next 2 days then garden leave thereafter start. U go and sort out yr own mess if any handover is required. I not coming to office in 2 days time, clearance form I sign myself liao, all passwords I write on post it note stick on laptop, the rest who need to sign the clearance form pls ownself go sign yourself I bochup.

I do scorched earth with hrd after 48hrs. Hp don't answer, send me msg see le reply I in garden liao cannot reply nor talk else contravene my non compete clause. Threatened me say don't pay me for the outstanding salary notice garden period, I reply her is it yr decision to make arnot 1st, can u bear the consequences?

Sibeh happy sia. Hrd kana pluck upside by big boss man for the shits I left hanging cos I involved in quite a few projects where I was doing most of the hand on work while the rest shaking legs airing balls sipping kopi.

Think that was my happiest quit. In my entire life

My boss ever scolded us before.  Cos apparently some night shift staff did a template resignation letter and saved it on a shared computer.

Everything is filled up.  So anyone can just put in their name and date and last date of service and print out.

So yea the manager scolded cos she say you all say you all so busy then I look at the desktop and I realise you all very free
