SDL is a levy paid by employers, not by employees. It cannot be deducted from employees' salaries.

Why need to have this levy for employees? If they leave the coy, they bring their skill to next coy. So, skill upgrade pay by ownself isn't it?

Just an update. From my payslip, I am assuming my employer is the one paying. Not deducted from my pay...

My payslip is here. But pay not arrive yet .. :s22:

But only have payslip ...

HR promised 28th, but today Saturday, probably comes on Monday nia.

It shows under employer provident fund:
- Employer cpf
- SDL

Chiu in govt sector right? Govt sector healthcare wouldn't show SDL de.
