Among the years different ceca/ang mo only 1-2 unit renting out. many are doing this rent out to foreigners thing in order to subsidize their mortgage many benefited from ceca treaty. Don't listen to edmw bs. Sinkies/malaysian prs dunno how happy  to rent out to ceca.

Ccb recently my condo management found faeces in the swimming pool..had to close the pool for a week or so to disinfect and clean..knn no points for guessing who is the culprit.

Actually i didnt want to blow this thing up also but this buay zidong cb has been making noise impacts for everynight tot he will eventually stop. I tolerate 1 month already but no it got worse. Last night 1am still got ppl suddenly jump from bed or something made a loud thud suddenly.
This morning suddenly make noise again by thumping the floor I think on purpose 
I cannot tolerate this ceca bullshit anymore. Going to let him have a taste of own medicine.
Going to wake up everyday in middle of night use ceiling thumper on him and his family
No one can help me except myself
