what if u try to look for those late twenties? My buddy says 4x is still possible for men to find a good looking spouse. He ownself remarried a divorcee and is now very happy. He found her in app and brings her to church .. she used to be fr another church.

Or any possibility to ask yr frens who hv Vietnam wives (whose marriages r happy ) to recommend their kampung sister or relatives ?

Sg have lot of Myanmar or Filipinos in our community (IT, healthcare, construction, heavy industry ) , maybe get to know them as a friend and expand the possibility of considering a localised foreigner ?

A lot of people say language barrier is an issue.  I won't disagree but it's a self inflicted barrier.

Cos before you are matched, you know her language proficiency and during the first meetup, you also know it.  If you can't take the barrier, you have the right to drop the lady and vice versa.  If you choose to risk it, why complain later about it?

Verbal communication is very important.  A lot of people communicate via messaging apps but a lot of times, it could be google translate which result in misunderstandings due to wrong translation.  And in a critical moment of discussion, you will want to talk and reply instead of furiously typing after reading.  A lot of information can be gotten via non verbal cues which is ONLY gotten in face to face verbal communication.  I can be super mad and suspicious at you and put a smiling emoji but it won't happen if I am verbally talking to you

I think if go agency just be frank w agent n the girl what u can provide or can't eg . If she marry and u d still like her to work here etc .. then u must be ok she needs to go n learn the language.. whe she works.. she hv her own social circle .. own group of work n neighborhood friends here outside of u and yr family etc ..

If u treat her no nice .. she a bit a bit jjww to all her sisters ...whole community know that u r loser

Yea my Viet bu friend can cook v good viet bak Zhang .. my side ntuc also got one v nice Viet lady work as cashier .. she speaks with a little accent but is very gentle whenever I talk with her
