and the costs went up crazy over past maybe 5-7 yrs ago now consultation + medication is easily $50, that's like minimum liao

previously like 10 yrs ago i rem it's like $20ish


many GPs 1 hour alr can hit like 5-6 patients, that's 300+, 1 day if they only operate 6 hours shift, that's 1.8k per day. let's say they get 500 per day. the rest goes to the clinic, 20 days that's 10k liao minimally. simple math

if they work 8 hour shift or locum more like the siao kia i know who works 364 days (some of us know him here too), he probably gets 20+k per mth

although he talks cock to make dunno 35 or 40k per mth but ok la let him brag.

i tell u psychiatrists most easy to make money one, compared to other doctors. they get regular clientele/patients. are subject to much less stress.

so they make maybe slightly less than oncologist or plastic surgeon or neurosurgen whatever. but still one tonne of money.
