I still remember buying from that afro asia mph the lonely planet or traveler guide book to Thailand back then when no internet. Lol. Y2k I think. Times prices were more expensive than mph for sure.

Attic at centrepoint? Uncle look fierce but is actually a nice person. He appeared in the news for quarrelling with neighbour. Think he passed on liao. Used to work part time at Centrepoint and he gave me free posters of bands, I din even buy anything from him

There was another CD shop, used to be at Funan then moved to Excelsior shopping centre. Owned by 2 bros, 1 of them quite sissy like that....forgot the name of the shop
