yea can be done. my a1c was like more than 20

now i gott low blood sugar. i see some ppl less than 6 month reversed it. i took 7.

but i i always tell ppl. u wan drink coke once inawhile u drink a normal one can liao. don go zero diet etc

Can't taste the difference but I always go for coke less sugar than coke zero
