I wanna live as long as possible but I must be living and not going through the motions of living.

Meaning I must be mobile and independent and able to travel and not spend all my time eating medicine and seeing doctor

I just had a heart scan done (I self refer so it's private) and the doctor say my arteries are clear.  But it doesn't mean my cholesterol level is ok.  It just means it hasn't affected my arteries yet.  But yes my arteries are clear

So at least not likely to die of heart attack for now.
