You can find friends among colleagues.  It's true.  But what do you mean by friends?

Cos the word friends is used very loosely.  Can go for drinks and chit chat is no issue.  But there should be a boundary.  No one said you must make you colleague a confidante.  "Just friends."

But I have seen some who are really friends but usually this is because they have known each other for a long time already.  And there is always the chance that once one or both leave the company, the friendship will end. Sometimes it can last but many a times it ends or just fades
