I rmb I got my first accident policy from a fren's brother just before I enlist. I was accident prone and I thot I should be more responsible at that age.

However after I ord and started working, that policy become redundant and I requested to cancel it

Know what my agent said? He say just dun pay the premium and the policy will auto terminate in due course. I was like wtf?! That doesn't sound like the proper way to do it and I don't want to spoil my own name in that industry

I insisted he pass me the termination form. In the end he came over to my house and proceeded with the termination

I had several policies and several agents. Know what? All of them quit along the way

Funny thing is, the agents who took over my policies stayed on til now. Those who I met up with but din buy from them also stayed on in this line..

hospitalization claim just give provider and nric to gahment hospital

dont buy from relatives or friends

when $$$ is involved, smlj also can happen especially they know u personally, they know your soft spots

end up u stuck with useless plans while they either huat big from commissions or they run road aka quit the industry

It depends. Also, when young that time also duno anything, be it the policies or buy from frens and relatives

All agents r just salesmen. Car agents, Insolent agents, property agents, labour agents....etc
Get commission but shortchange. Moi dont trust them at all. Unfortunately regulators r under our leaders for GDP, conflicts of interest gao gao....
