I don't doubt their cities r big n many well built n modern facilities

But !
If they good 100% like he believed no Tiong will keep gg overseas to study to live to work n refuse to return

Even our little Red dot they happily come here migrate n root here n visit once a yr or so their " strong amazing" motherland

i go shanghai, supposedly a first tier city.
i cannot even get out the airport train, people just bash their way in.

Don't be glassheart. Their 1st tier city had in fact overtaken Singapore.

I don't see Singapore growing a lot in the past decade. And worse the poor productivity output from our workers and over fat gov dragged development down.
